EkaVibe currently ships to customers within the United States, including U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and all U.S. Military bases, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities, and we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery. For this reason, we will only expand shipping to regions beyond the United States when we can confidently guarantee the same level of shipping efficiency and speed.

Cancellation of orders in processing or shipped status is not allowed.

EkaVibe will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Customers are encouraged to review the return policy in detail before initiating a return.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

To ensure eligibility for a full refund, customers must initiate their return request within 7 days of receiving all items in the order.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow EkaVibe 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • EkaVibe will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

No, the sale is only for a limited time. Please make sure to be on time.

Yes, you can follow the order from processing to fully delivered state all the way, and get notified of each step if you wish to.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming that it has been sent, which contains the order tracking number. Go to the website of your chosen carrier and enter this tracking number to find out the delivery status of your order.

However, if you’ve not received this email, please check your junk mail and spam folder.

Eka Vibe no longer has physical store locations and currently has no plans to open stores.
